    Veggie: Greek Spinach Melts

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg french bread
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 plum tomato
    1 small onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 pkg. (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 C mayonnaise
    1/4 C sour cream
    1/2 t dried dill weed
    1/4 t salt

    Recipe

    Place spinach in bowl. Chop tomato and onion; add to spinach. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Using serrated bread knife, slice bread into 1/4" thick slices. Place on 15" round baking pan. Drop spinach mixture onto bread slices; spread with spoon. Bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
