1/2 c (about 2 oz.) shredded -cheddar cheese
1 md Carrot peeled and grated
1/4 sm Zucchini grated
1/4 Green pepper grated
2 tb Toasted almond slivers
1 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
-----TUNA 'N' EGG SALAD-----
1 can (6 oz.) tuna in water -drained and flaked
1 Hard-cooked egg grated
1 Carrot peeled and grated
3 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
-----SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD-----
4 oz Finely chopped cooked -chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tb Finely chopped red bell
-pepper
2 tb Low-fat creamy Italian
-dressing
1 t Chopped parsley

Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches. Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
