Deli Meats: Buny's Oven Sandwiches*

1 tube refrigerated french bread dough
OR 1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust dough
prepared mustard to taste
1/2 pound of sliced deli meats (turkey, chicken, pastrami, etc.)
1 cup shredded or sliced
Recipe
Heat oven to 350¼F. Unroll dough onto a counter or cutting board. Spread dough with mustard if desired. Layer the meats across center third of the dough lengthwise. Cover with the cheese. Pull one long edge of dough across the meat and cheese filling to cover; fold over second long edge of dough. Seal the edges of the dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet that has been covered with foil. Cut 3-4 slits in top crust of each to allow steam to escape. Bake at 350¼F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm.
You can use any combination of meats or cheeses with this. One of my favorites is using pizza dough along with pastrami, spicy mustard and provolone cheese.
