Beef: Roast Beef & Avocado Sandwich

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
12 ounces sliced deli roast beef
6 large butter lettuce leaves
1 whole avocado, peel and cut 12 slices
3 pita bread, halved
Recipe
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix basil, horseradish and yogurt. Spread one-sixth of the yogurt mixture on 2 ounces of beef slices; wrap in a lettuce leaf. Put beef wrapped in lettuce and 2 slices avocado in a pita bread half. Repeat to make five more sandwiches. Makes 6 servings
