Turkey: San Francisco Club Sandwich

3 Bacon slices
2 tbl Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
3 slc Toasted sourdough bread
Sliced turkey to taste
Sliced herb-garlic or Swiss cheese to taste
1 tbl Chutney
Romaine lettuce
Recipe
* In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon, drain and reserve. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Tabasco pepper sauce. Spread on one side of each slice of toast. Top one slice toast with turkey and cheese. Top with second toast slice. Add bacon, chutney and romaine. Finish with toast. Anchor with toothpicks. Cut in half.
