Fish/Seafood: Shrimp Salad on Croissants

4 bakery croissants
1 3/4 cups cooked salad shrimps, thawed
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/3 cup tartar sauce
8 drops hot pepper sauce
6 leaves leaf lettuce
Recipe
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves and croissants. Split croissants. Spoon 1/3 cup filling evenly onto bottom half of each roll. Top with lettuce and top halves of rolls. Makes 4.
