Spicy Black Bean Sandwich

List of Ingredients
3 tb Nonfat yogurt
2 ts Chopped Jalapeno pepper
2 c Cooked black beans -or- 1 can (16-oz) black beans
3/4 c Red onion
4 tb Chopped cilantro
3 Cloves garlic minced
1 tb Mild chili powder
1 t Ground cumin
2 tb Fresh lime juice
4 Whole wheat pitas
1/2 Head lettuce
1 Tomato Recipe
Mash the beans with the spices chop the lettuce and toss it all in the pita pocket. Top with the nonfat yogurt. It was a little to spicy for my kids but everyone else liked it. Next time I will seperate some of the black beans out and then add the spices. serves 4.
