6 ounces hot Romanian pastrami
2 slices Jewish rye bread with caraway seeds
1/2 cup coleslaw
2 tablespoons thousand island salad dressing
Recipe
Heat pastrami in a microwave oven for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, depending on the power of the unit. Pile pastrami on one slice of bread, then top with coleslaw. Spread dressing on other slice of bread. Keep a large napkin handy when eating. For a less messy sandwich, reduce the amount of coleslaw.
