Wraps: Turkey Roll-Ups

List of Ingredients
6 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese -- (1-1/2 ounces)
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tub nonfat process cream cheese product -- softened
6 flour tortillas
12 slices cooked deli turkey breast -- (1-ounce)
12 large fresh spinach leaves or
curly leaf lettuce leaves
1 unpeeled cucumber
sliced into 24 slices -- 1/8-inch thick
Recipe
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up. Yield: 6 servings
