Recipe Introduction
A friend of mine from college made this one day. I was hooked the first time I tried it. Feel free to adjust the amounts of chiles to your taste.
List of Ingredients
4 medium ripe tomatoes, finely chopped -- discard seeds/skin
2 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium red onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt (omit for plan-friendly salsa)
1 large chile minced
2 tablespoons fresh minced cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
In medium bowl stir all ingredients. Allow to mellow at room temperature for one hour.
