    Pico De Gallo Salsa

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons diced onion
    2 cups tomatoes, chopped 1/4" cubes
    2 serrano chiles
    2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped cilantro
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/4 cup Mexican beer
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 lime, juiced

    Recipe

    Put onion in strainer and rinse with hot water and drain. Combine ingredients and mix well. Let refrigerate for 30 + minutes.
