    Pineapple Lime Salsa

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 c Pineapple preserves
    1/4 c Red bell pepper finely chopped
    2 tb Red onion(s), finely chopped
    1 tb Jalape¤o pepper seeded, finely chopped
    1 t Dried mint
    1/8 ts Salt
    2 tb Lime juice
    8 oz Can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained

    Recipe

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve with grilled fish.
