    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbl. skim milk
    1 Tbl. liquid butter buds
    1/4 tsp maple flavoring

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in small saucepan, stirring well. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer til slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add liquid butter buds and maple flavoring. Serve warm. Yield: 1 c.
