    Hollandaise: Blender Hollendaise Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    4 egg yolks
    1/2 teaspoon salt (can omit)
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1 stick butter

    Recipe

    Blend egg, salt, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco. Whirl for while, and then slowly drizzle in hot melted butter. Hot butter will thicken the sauce. Yield: 1 cup
