Gravy: Cream Gravy

1 tablespoon pan drippings
1 tablespoon seasoned flour
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup half & half -- or milk
Recipe
Add margarine to pan drippings. Cook over medium heat until margarine melts. Stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir about 2 minutes. Stir in Half & Half, or milk. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes, or until thickened. Makes 1 cup.
