    Tartar: Dr. Weil's Tartar Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    4 ounces silken tofu (1/2 cup)
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon dill pickle, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon capers
    salt and black or red pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Place tofu, olive oil, lemon juice and onion in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Scrae mixtue into a bowl and then add the dill pickle, capers and salt/pepper. Serve on fish or veggies. Serves 4.
