    Lemon Herb Sauce for Seafood

    2 cans chicken broth (divided)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, fine chopped
    1/4 cup chives fine chopped
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup fresh basil, fine chopped

    Recipe



    Combine 1/2 c. broth and cornstarch in pan; whisk together. Add rest of broth and salt. Stir well and then bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minutes or til thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and rest of ingredients. Stir well. Serve with shellfish.
