Hot Sauce: Maple-Tomatillo-Habanero Sauce

6 Purple tomatillos (up to 8)
1 Carribean red habaneros or 2 or 3 red savinas
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Water
3 tb Vermont maple syrup
Recipe
Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverize with a Braun hand mixer. Simmer another 45 min. Strain.
