Mint Sauce for Lamb

1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
5 1/2 cups honey
1/4 cup dried mint leavesRecipe
Combine vinegar, water and honey. Bring to a boil, then add mint leaves; cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Put into bottles. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with lamb.
