Pesto: Herb Pesto

List of Ingredients
2 c Fresh Herbs * See Note
1 tb Fresh Thyme * See Note
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Pine Nuts Or Walnuts Toasted
Salt And Pepper To Taste
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese -Optional
Water As Needed
*Basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, spinach or and combination of 2 or 3.
*Marjoram, oregano or tarragon; optional.
Recipe
Process until smooth adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. If a chunkier pesto is desired, omit water. Makes 3/4 cup.
