List of Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickles, minced
2 tablespoons capers, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 anchovy, minced
1 dash red pepper sauce
Recipe
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with cold seafood and vegetables. Yield: Approximately 1 cup.
