List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley leaves
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
4 tablespoons white vinegar
8 tablespoons olive oilRecipe
Mix all seasonings with the vinegar and let stand for several minutes before combining with the oil. Mix well before serving; makes 1 cup.
