    Steak: A1 Steak Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 c Ketchup
    1 lg Garlic clove mashed
    1/4 c Worcestershire
    1/4 c White distilled vinegar
    2 tb Brown sugar
    1/3 c Onion coarsley chopped
    1/4 c Dry white wine or water
    1/4 c Lemon juice fresh
    2 tb Soy sauce
    1 tb Prepared mustard

    Recipe



    Mix and simmer 30 mins, uncovered. Stir occasionally. Strain to remove onion and garlic or leave in for chunky sauce. Pour in clean bottles. Can or store in refrigerator.
