List of Ingredients

1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 small onion -- coarsely chopped
1 large clove garlic -- minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar


Recipe

Combine all and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool and strain to remove onion and garlic. Pour into bottle and store in fridge.
