    List of Ingredients





    6 cups chopped fruit (peach, plum, pineapple)
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/3 cup cider vinegar

    Recipe



    Simmer fruits in water until tender. Mash gently and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes more. Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
