    Cheese: Swiss Cheddar Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/2 cup sharp American cheese shredded
    2 ounces Swiss cheese shredded

    Recipe

    Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses till melted. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
