Dipping: Thai Herb Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Makes 1/2 cup.
