Dipping: Thai Sweet Dipping Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup fructose or sugar, to taste
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp thinly shredded ginger or carrot -- (1 to 3)
Recipe
Combine fructose, vinegar and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in ginger, carrot and chillies. Let cool. Makes 3/4 cup.
