    1/2 cup butter
    3 ounces bitter chocolate
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt butter with chocolate in saucepan. Add all other ingredients except vanilla. Cook for 20-25 minutes over medium heat. Mixture will slowly thicken. Add vanilla and serve over ice cream. Reheat in microwave or saucepan to melt down, and store in fridge.
