    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Heat cream, sugar and chocolate to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir about 30 seconds or until chocolate is well blended. Remove from heat; stir in butter and cinnamon.
