    2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
    2 tablespoons hot water
    1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
    1/3 cup coconut rum liqueur

    Recipe



    Makes 2 1/2 cups. Spoon prepared pudding into serving bowl. Mix together hot water and instant coffee; blend into pudding. Add liqueur and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Use as a topping for ice cream, pound cake, fresh fruit, crepes or puddings.
