8 ounces lowfat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanillaRecipe
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in rest of ingredients until blended. Place mixture in a bowl, cover securely with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours (or overnight). Yields 1 1/2 cups. Good served on scones.
