    3 oz Cream Cheese softened
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 Egg
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp Almond Extract
    1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries Chopped, well drained
    2 dsh Red Food Coloring, optional

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.(Mixture will be thin.) Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
