    12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 cup cold strong brewed coffee
    1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate in heavy 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve warm or cool over ice cream, cake or brownies. makes about 2 cups.
