Apple Drop Scones & Cinnamon Butter

4 ounces butter
2 ounces sugar
2 ounces brown sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
SCONES:
1 cup flour
1 dash flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ounce melted butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon tart apples
1 small tart applesRecipe
To make the cinnamon butter, beat the first four ingredients together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. For the scones: Mix together dry ingredients and make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, beat the wet ingredients together and pour into well in dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Grate in the apple. Cook as you would pancakes. Serve with the butter.
