Banana Date Walnut Scones

List of Ingredients
DRY:
1 cup reduced fat Bisquick
1 tbl instant cream of wheat (dry)
1 pch baking powder
1 pch baking soda
1/4 tsp mace or nutmeg
WET:
2 tbl chopped dates soft
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup mashed bananas (or one banana)
2 tbl chopped walnuts
2 tbl buttermilk
2 tbl Egg Beaters 99% egg substituteRecipe
Oven: 400ºF In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and stir to moisten the dry ingredients. The batter will be moist. The instant cream of wheat will use that extra moisture. Drop 1/4 cup scoops of the batter onto a spray nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
