    1 package Betty Crocker pie crust mix
    1/2 cup Nuts -- chopped
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
    2 tablespoons Half and half
    1 Egg
    1/2 cup Cranberries -- chopped
    Sugar

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400. Mix pie crust mix (dry), nuts, 1/4 cup of sugar and the baking powder in medium bowl with pastry blender or fork until well blended. Beat half and half and egg; stir into pie crust mixture until evenly moistened. Carefully stir in cranberries. Pat into 8 inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut into 8 wedges. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm
