    1 cup Fresh/frozen cranberries -- chopped
    3 cups Flour
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1 tablespoon Baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
    3/4 cup Butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons Grated orange rind
    1 cup Buttermilk

    Recipe



    In food processor, blend dry incredients. Cut butter in. Stir in berries and rind. Turn into bowl and add milk with fork til just moist. Gather dough into a ball and place on a floured board. Roll or pat into a circle 3/4" thick. Cut into 12 pie shaped pieces. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush tops of scones with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min til lightly browned. Makes 12
