Gingerbread grandma
List of Ingredients
* 2 C Flour
* 1 T Baking Powder
* 1/2 t Salt
* 2 T Sugar
* 1/4 C Butter or Margarine
* 3/4 C Milk
* 1 beaten Egg Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
1. Mix together all dry ingrediants.
2. Cut in the butter until the pieces look like corn meal.
3. Mix together the milk and egg. Stir into the dry ingredients and mix well. (I actually put the dry ingredients and butter into my food processor to cut them together and then just pour in the milk and run it for about 30 seconds till it starts to come away from the sides of the bowl.)
4. Flatten with your hands until it is a disk about 1" deep. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan and score the top with a knife to make 8 wedge-shaped pieces.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the top sounds hollow when you tap it lightly with your finger.

Clotted Cream
* 1 C Sour Cream
* 1 T Brown Sugar
* 1 t Vanilla
Mix together and allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator before using.
