    2 cups Self Rising Flour
    2 Eggs
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1/2 Stick Butter (1/4 cup)
    1/2 cup Milk

    Recipe



    Rub together butter, sugar and flour. Beat eggs and milk togther. Grease a cake pan and dust with flour. Pour in mixture and sprinkle top with sugar. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
