Sour Cream Scones

List of Ingredients
Mix together:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Add:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg, slightly beatenRecipe
Stir well. Add 1/2 cup of raisins (softened in hot water and drained). Knead in bowl until dough forms a ball. Divide in half and shape into large, flat rounds on cookie sheet. Cut into eight pieces each. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar for a nice, brown finish. In preheated oven, bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
