Fries: Baked Fries

List of Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Recipe
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 4 spears. Cook in pot of lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Drain. Toss with butter, salt and paprika. Spread on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake in 400ºF oven for 15 minutes or until tender. Place in towel lined basket and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
