Fries: Baked Fries

List of Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Recipe
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 4 spears. Cook in pot of lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Drain. Toss with butter, salt and paprika. Spread on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake in 400�F oven for 15 minutes or until tender. Place in towel lined basket and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
