List of Ingredients
1 pound processed cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 white onion, chopped
1 (3 ounce) jar real bacon bits Recipe
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 In the microwave, melt cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, potatoes and onions. Spread in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with bacon bits.
3 Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly.Makes 12 servings
