Casserole: BBQ Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
3 tbs. butter or margarine
3 tbs. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbs. parsley chopped
2 tbs. pimiento chopped
4 cups potatoes diced and cooked
1/2 cup bread crumbs soft
1 tbs. butter or margarine melted
1/2 cup american cheese shredded
1/4 tsp. paprika Recipe
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and salt; stir until smooth. Add milk slowly; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Stir in the hot sauce, parsley, and pimiento then add potatoes. Spoon into a 1-1/2-qt casserole. Combine the bread crumbs, butter, cheese, and paprika. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in a 400degree oven for 30 minutes.
NOTE: this may be made ahead of time and refrigerated. If made ahead of time bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until heated through.
