    Casserole: Crunch Top Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup melted butter
    2 (15 ounce) cans sliced potatoes, drained
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed
    1 teaspoon paprika 

    Recipe



    1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pour butter into a 9x13 inch pan.

    2 Arrange potato slices in a single layer over the butter. Combine the cheese, cornflakes and paprika in a bowl and sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.

    3 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings
