Cheddar Potatoes Supreme

6 medium potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup green onions, sliced thinRecipe
Boil potatoes in skins until just tender. Cool, peel and shred coarsely. Mix cheese with melted butter, then add potatoes and green onion. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in sour cream. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
