Creamy Red Potatoes (Crockpot)

2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mixRecipe
Place potatoes in a slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until blended. Stir into potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4-6 servings
