Green Chile and Cheese Potatoes

2 tablespoons butter
24 ounces frozen potato wedges with skin
1 cup onion, chopped
8 ounces chopped green chiles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
In 12 inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling; add potatoes and onions. Cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until potatoes are cooked through and slightly browned and onion is tender (8-12 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Stir in chilies; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook until cheese is melted (2-3 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8 as side dish, 4 as main dish.
