Half and Half Potatoes

6 potatoes, unpeeled -- (6 to 8)
1 pack cheddar cheese, shredded
1 quart half and half
seasoned saltRecipe
Boil the potatoes until tender, place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Shred on the large side of a grater. Layer some potato, seasoned salt, some cheddar. Continue layering ending with cheese. Pour half and half over the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325�F for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
