Half and Half Potatoes

6 potatoes, unpeeled -- (6 to 8)
1 pack cheddar cheese, shredded
1 quart half and half
seasoned saltRecipe
Boil the potatoes until tender, place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Shred on the large side of a grater. Layer some potato, seasoned salt, some cheddar. Continue layering ending with cheese. Pour half and half over the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325ºF for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
