Kate's Cheesy Easy Buttery Potatoes

List of Ingredients
* 4-5 potatoes
* 1/2 cup margarine
* chopped green onions
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 tsp. thyme
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded velveeta cheese
* 1 Tbls. chopped parsleyRecipe
1. Wash potatoes and slice VERY thin.
2. Place in a greased casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle the green onions on top of the potatoes.
4. In a sauce pan, melt the margarine, thyme, salt and pepper together.
5. Drizzle over the potatoes.
6. Cover and bake @ 425 for 45 minutes.
7. Sprinkle on the cheese and parsley.
8. Bake UNCOVERED 10-15 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
